Deli E3871 Comb Binding Machine with Adjustable Margin

Organizing loose sheets into professional documents often turns into a messy, time-consuming chore when relying on standard staplers or clip folders. The Deli E3871 Comb Binding Machine provides an efficient manual solution for punching and assembling clean, neatly bound presentations, reports, and manuals right at your desk.

Equipped with a solid metal base and an ergonomic handle, it punches through paper stacks with minimal effort. The adjustable edge margin ensures your punch holes align properly across varied page counts, keeping the finished booklets flat and easy to turn.

Key Features of Deli E3871

• 12-Sheet Punching Capacity: Perforates up to 12 sheets of standard 80g paper in a single manual press to speed up preparation.

• 350-Sheet Binding Limit: Accommodates plastic comb rings up to broad sizes, holding up to 350 pages securely in one document.

• Adjustable Edge Margin: Lets you choose between 2.5 mm to 6.5 mm margins so comb teeth do not rip through thinner documents or bind too tightly on thick ones.

• Dual Function Handle: Operates both the hole-punching blades and the comb-opening mechanism smoothly with one lever.

• Waste Tray: Pull-out tray collects punched paper circles underneath, keeping the workstation tidy during large batch runs.

Why Choose This Deli Binding Machine

Manual comb binders are built around mechanical simplicity. The Deli E3871 avoids complex electrical parts that can fail, opting instead for solid steel punching pins and a weighted body that stays grounded while pulling down the lever. It handles regular daily office tasks without requiring technical setup or warm-up periods.

However, users looking to produce high-volume corporate catalogs daily might find the 12-sheet punch limit repetitive for massive stacks. For typical school assignments, corporate proposals, and accounting records, it strikes a practical balance between desktop space, affordability, and binding durability.

Best Use Cases

• Assembling quarterly corporate reports, client proposals, and pitch decks.

• Binding university theses, lecture notes, and study guides.

• Compiling accounting spreadsheets, tax files, and financial statements.

• Creating clean training manuals, handbooks, and internal SOPs.
