Running an office telephony system requires clear voice quality, dependable hardware, and easy deployment without overspending. The Dinstar C60S solves routine calling needs for businesses setting up structured IP communications, providing steady VoIP functionality directly over standard Ethernet connections.
It features dual SIP accounts and an intuitive graphical display, making it practical for front-desk attendants, cubicle workstations, and call center agents who handle high-volume routine calls daily.
Key Features of Dinstar C60S
- 2 SIP Accounts: Register two separate extensions or SIP servers on a single desk phone for easy line management.
- HD Voice Audio: Incorporates wideband audio codecs and an acoustic echo canceller for sharp, natural conversations.
- Dual 10/100M Ethernet Ports: Provides network pass-through so your PC and phone share a single wall jack without needing extra cabling.
- Graphic LCD Screen: Shows caller ID, call logs, and menus clearly with backlit visibility during active hours.
- 5-Way Audio Conferencing: Host multi-party conference calls directly from the handset without an external conference bridge.
- Flexible Codec Support: Supports Opus, G.722, G.711, and G.729 codecs to maintain call quality across varied bandwidth conditions.
Why Choose This Dinstar IP Phone
The C60S focuses on straightforward usability rather than excessive touchscreens and unnecessary apps. It gives corporate teams reliable hardware buttons for hold, transfer, conference, and headset switching, cutting down misdials during busy shifts. The plastic housing and handset stand up well to prolonged daily handling.
Keep in mind that the standard C60S operates using a traditional DC power adapter rather than integrated PoE. If your office network infrastructure relies strictly on Power over Ethernet to eliminate power adapters from desks, you will need a separate PoE splitter or power outlet nearby.
Best Use Cases
- General office workstations and cubicle desk phones
- Customer care and incoming support teams needing dedicated headsets
- Small business PBX deployments using Asterisk, FreePBX, or 3CX
- Hotel reception desks and administrative counters
