Managing busy checkout counters in a supermarket, restaurant, or retail store requires fast, reliable hardware that keeps daily cash intake safe. Loose banknotes and coins slow down transactions during rush hours and increase the risk of accounting errors or theft. A dedicated point-of-sale cash drawer organizes money systematically so cashiers can process change smoothly and accurately.

The Deli DL-405 Cash Drawer is built for continuous, high-volume retail environments. Constructed with a reinforced steel body and durable ball-bearing rollers, it ensures quiet opening and closing throughout long work shifts while linking directly to your standard POS receipt printer.

Key Features of Deli DL-405 Cash Drawer

Heavy-Duty Steel Casing: Thick metal construction resists tampering and protects cash in busy retail spaces.
Adjustable Bill and Coin Dividers: Organizes multiple banknote denominations and loose coins securely, with spring-loaded metal clips holding notes firmly in place.
RJ11 POS Printer Interface: Connects to your thermal receipt printer for automated drawer kick-out upon finalizing sales.
3-Position Key Lock: Supports manual opening, automated electric drive, and locked shut modes for varied operational security.
Front Media Slot: Allows cashiers to insert large bills, checks, and credit card slips without opening the main compartment.

Why Choose This Deli Cash Drawer

The Deli DL-405 focuses on structural reliability over lightweight portability. Its substantial steel chassis means it stays planted firmly on or under your checkout counter, avoiding sliding during hurried operation. The mechanical components, particularly the drawer slide system, handle hundreds of cycles daily without catching or jamming.

Because it relies on standard RJ11 12V/24V signaling, integration into an existing POS terminal or receipt printer is straightforward and requires no proprietary software drivers. While it takes up a realistic counter footprint, the internal tray layout maximizes efficiency for storing standard currency sizes without folding notes.
